So, yesterday morning started with a 6am appointment at Auckland International Airport to help the Crash Fire boys climb the escalators raising money for Leukaemia + Blood Foundation.

 

First shift was from 6 till 9 and the second shift was from 10 till 1.

 

No idea how much we raised. I'm sure Scottie will tell me sometime.

 

So, after the incident.

 

We went to play in the park and have a calming coffee. It started to rain, so Elise and I took shelter in the tree.

 

She is up for any photo opportunity! Princess.

I'll write it up sometime.

 

 

 

 

So I've been back in town for a few days working with one of our Australians. And spent the evenings trying to catch up on the lost time in meetings.

 

Yesterday I went to the morning show of Top Gear Live with Bob and Deb. It was a great show. Jeremy, Murph and the Hamster were awesome. Some nice cars too. The interactive cool wall was a bit of fun too. The static display out back had some excellent vehicles.

 

Today was swimming with Elise, well for the first few minutes until she decided that she would prefer her Mum. From there I went to North Harbour Stadium to have a look at the Emergency Services Volunteer day and have a play with the lads.

 

Now, off to Piha for dinner. South Island again on Tuesday.

 

So yesterday was spent at the track again and then off to Aunty Fran's 50th.

 

It was great to see nearly all the Chapman's in one place again and a lovely evening was had.
