Not much of real note.

I've been busy up and down the country of late, a couple of trips to Wellington, New Plymouth, Dunedin, Tauranga, Hamilton (probably more, who knows).

Elise is starting to string words together that make good sense these days. She is enjoying matching things up. Deb has become a master of designing new houses with the limited Lego she has. Elise has gone off me reading to her in the big bed after her bath or shower. Slinky Malinki is pretty good though. Especially if Ed is in the bed with us. He still doesn't appreciate the loving that she gives him. I'm not sure he really understands the value in being carried around the house in a big snug.

She listened to a plane go by this morning. We have no idea why, but people who are on aeroplanes go to airports (correct), when asked why, it is because they are hungry (what?) and when asked what they are hungry for, Apples is the answer.

We'll see if next months trip to Christchurch for her changes her mind toward airports/planes. The girls picked me up from my last trip home from Wellington, I didn't get quizzed on whether I was hungry or not.

Deb & Elise went to the Museum for the first time yesterday. It sounds like it was a success. Let's see if we can get her to Science Alive next month.

That's about all for now. We hope the Bannisters have got to Timaru and are acclimatising to the freshness down there.
