    Interim internet access

Mum & Gill, Andy, Mandy & Jackson came over today. Mum brought her laptop so we could check connection speed and deals before we decide on which internet provider to use as work will no longer pay for my broadband. Anyway, we have ordered an iMac. Now we just have to wait 3 weeks for it to be delivered. So until we get to the Mount, we'll be out of touch again. Good luck to Paula, Matt & Alissa (Paula is being induced tomorrow). Swimming today went well. Elise's teeth are causing her heaps of trouble. The last canine is coming through. But she is still happy on the whole. It was great to see Andy, Mandy & Jackson too. Elise decided that he needed a lot of snuggles and kisses. He didn't mind for a while, but she carried on a bit long for him. He is growing fast too. And is cute. Deb made a very yummy Banana cake today. I doubt there'll be any left tonight. Cheers

    And the next update?

Well tomorrow is my last day with Draeger and I'll lose the laptop.

So, until I get a new one at home. This may be the last update for a while.

Looking to get an iMac for home.

    Cheers.

    The climbing monkey

Back home, and I finish up on the 18th of this month.

Anyway, Elise is now opening the fridge at Nan's. She has developed the climbing gene too. She nearly managed to climb all the way into her cot this afternoon. She has mastered climbing onto the dinner table chairs, onto boxes and anything else that is a little low to the ground.

We have turned the car seat around as she was getting tucked up in the rearward facing position. She thinks being able to see out the front and side windows is cool.

Deb is unsure of whether I didn't close Molly's food bin or whether she has figured out how to open that too. But Molly follows very closely in the kitchen these days. Yum, Yum is a common noise from the 2 legged one. Learning more words every day.

Seeing Grandad arrive on Fathers Day at Tauranga airport was a real highlight of her week-end. There was a big float-plane taking off and landing, plus a small cessna thingy and Grandad's Air NZ plane (which was smaller than the float-plane). Having an outdoor arrival hall is great on a nice day!

    Cheers
